This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on corporate value with moderating role CSR. employs a quantitative approach secondary data. The population is consumer goods company listed Indonesia Stock Exchange. With purposive sampling, 87 sample companies were selected. uses path data analysis. results show that has negative significant CSR disclosure, while insignificant disclosure. Profitability positive value, an firm value. Finally, disclosure not able mediate influence
